If elected, I will bring organization, reliability, and a service-driven mindset to BPA Texas. My goal is to make BPA more accessible and supportive for all members, especially those who are new or unsure where to begin. I plan to focus on clear competition resources, beginner-friendly preparation guides, and stronger communication between chapters. Through collaboration, mentorship, and follow-through, I want to ensure members feel confident, prepared, and motivated to grow. I am committed to strengthening BPA by creating systems that support longterm success, equity in preparation, and meaningful opportunities for every member in our region.

At my first BPA competition, a judge told me, “Leadership shows when you make others feel they belong.” That moment reshaped how I lead. As your Texas A1R3 Regional President candidate and national competitor, I stand by leadership being rooted in service and listening. I will invest in member input to foster an inclusive, professional, and connected BPA community. Leading for our region means valuing the diversity that defines our organization and empowering members through mentorship and opportunity. I am committed to upholding BPA’s core values while serving our region as a supportive mentor and friend.

If elected Regional President of Area 1 Region 3, I will focus on creating clean communication channels and support systems so every chapter and member stays informed. I will implement region-wide networking opportunities, mock competitions, and service-based events to connect members, advisors, and chapters, fostering collaboration and mentorship. I will ensure smaller and newer chapters have access to resources and clarity, helping them succeed alongside larger chapters. Through these initiatives, I aim to build a connected, empowered, and thriving BPA community where every member has the guidance, opportunities, and support they need to excel in BPA and beyond.

As a founding leader of the Wakeland BPA chapter, I understand the challenges of building a chapter from the ground up, having grown from no program to reaching our member limit in only our first year. If elected, my primary goal is to ensure all BPA Texas members have access to clear, high-quality resources that help them succeed, fueled by my experience founding our chapter, especially within career-specific events that open doors to real-world opportunities. Through strong communication and service-driven leadership, I will work to make BPA a truly career-changing and future-building experience for every member.
