Kelly Munro
FISD • Reedy High School • National Board Member
Kelly has been involved with BPA for more than 20 years and has served in a variety of leadership roles at the chapter, regional, state, and national levels. She currently serves on the BPA National Board in the Member at Large Role and works with CEAC to update and revise the Workplace Skills Assessment Program (WSAP) guidelines and ensures that national competitive events match real workplace expectations and educational standards
Serving as Area 1 Region 3 Co-Chair, Kelly actively guides advisors and student leaders while helping host seamless regional competitions.

JULIE BARKER
FISD • CTE CENTER • STATE Board Member
Julie has been involved with BPA for more than 10 years and has served in a variety of leadership roles at the chapter, regional, state, and national levels. She currently serves on the Texas BPA Board in the Area 1 position and was re-elected as the Advisory Chair.
Serving as Area 1 Region 3 Co-Chair, Julie actively guides advisors and student leaders while helping host seamless regional competitions.

Matt has been involved with BPA for more than 5 years and has served as the Texas BPA Area 1 Region 3 Judges Coordinator for the past 3 years.
As Judges Coordinator, Matt helps secure qualified judges for the Area 1 Region 3 Regional Leadership Conference.
