RA Co-Chair Area 1 Region 3

Kelly has been in BPA for 23 years. She has served off and on as a Regional Advisor over the years, along with several roles at all levels of BPA (Chapter, Region, State, and National). She is currently serving on the BPA National Board along with CEAC as the Chair for the DCD events.

Julie has been volunteering for BPA even before she was an advisor. She has worked with BPA either as a volunteer or an advisor for the past 11 years. She is currently serving on the Texas BPA Board of Directors as the Area 1 Representative.
