Registration Deadlines

      • Regular Registration Starts: Nov 10, 2025
      • Regular Registration EXTENDED TO: December 3, 2025
      • Late Registration December 4 until 5 PM

Pre-Submission Deadlines

Remember, for students to be able to submit they must be registered for Regionals and your registration must be submitted to the National Office.

  • Presubmits OPEN: Dec 8, 2025 @ 8:00 a.m.

  • Topics for Topic Judged Events will be released on Monday, Dec 8, 2025, at 8:00 a.m.

  • Presumits CLOSE for all Judged Events: Dec 18, 2025, AT 6:00 p.m.

  • All Judged Events will submit their presentation to the judges (and technical project if required) by this deadline! No exceptions.

  • The Presubmit Checklist will come out soon, but be linked here. This information helps with information on what to turn in for all the JUDGED CONTESTS.

  • These deadlines are also for the Regional President Application & the Scholarship Application! (Applications are coming soon)

Non-Judged Events

  • You will test your kids on YOUR CAMPUS for open events and non-judged tests.

  • The SET days for Non-Judged Testing are January 7 - 9, 2026. Testing can take place either before or after school on these days.

  • Tech support will be offered at set times:

    • Jan 7 - School Testing Days - 7:30 - 9:00 AM OR 3:30 - 6:30 PM

    • Jan 8 - School Testing Days  - 7:30 - 9:00 AM OR 3:30 - 6:30 PM

    • Jan 9 - School Testing Days  - 7:30 - 9:00 AM OR 3:30 - 6:30 PM

Open Events

  • You will test your kids on YOUR CAMPUS for open events and non-judged tests.

  • The SET days for Open events will be January 14 - 15, 2026.

  • All students who are registered to attend our Regional Leadership Conference will be registered for all open events. Students are allowed to take as many open events as they want to.

  • Tech support will be offered at set times. More information will come closer to this date.

Finalist Released

  • Top 6 Finalists for all JUDGED Events will be released on January 9, 2026.

  • These finalists will be scheduled to report to Reedy High School on January 17, 2026, at a specific time and room to present to our Judges in person.

Regional President Elections

  • Interested in running for Regional President?  The application will be loaded in October. 

  • We will be using Election Runner (The same system as SLC) to run elections.

  • Elections will be held January 5-8, 2026

  • Students will be sent a ballot that has the candidate's speech, statement, and photo.
